Job Summary
- 40% focused on Farming for existing customers and 60% on prospecting for new business.
- For existing customers: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Conduct monthly strategy sessions with all clients.
- Write business and/or sales copy for clients’ email campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and expertise in their respective field.
- For New Business Prospecting: Execute cold outreach to initiate new conversations, schedule appointments, and develop new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly client meetings to offer strategic direction across Lead Generation services.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new business across multiple platforms.
- Monitor client performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Hold weekly internal staff meetings to guide and optimize operations.
Minimum Requirements to Qualify for This Role
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, for business presentations.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills in business writing and language.
- Basic understanding of business development. Basic knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Basic understanding of B2B business models.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Able to work in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business when necessary.
Outcomes/Measures of Success over the Next 12 Months
- 80% Retention rate for all clients
- Establish at least one new Business per quarter.

- Copywriting skills and best practices
- English proficiency must meet fluent business standards
- Proficiency in a second language other than English is a plus
